ORDINANCE NO. 603

            AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF TITLE TWO, CHAPTER TWELVE, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODES OF THE CITY OF TROY, MONTANA. 

            BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TROY, MONTANA, that Title Two, Chapter Twelve, of the Municipal Code of the City of Troy, Montana, be amended to read as follows:

Chapter Twelve
CITY COUNCIL

2.12.005     Regular Meetings.  The regular meeting of the City Council shall be held once each month on the third calendar Wednesday of each month, at the hour of 7:00 pm at the city hall of Troy, Montana, or at such a place as shall be fixed by said council.  On forty-eight (48) hours’ notice thereof, given by the clerk on the request of the mayor or any two aldermen, the time or place may be changed to any other suitable hour or place for any particular meeting.
